Super Lage, schönes kleineres Appartement im Erdgeschoss mit kleinem Hinterhof
Appartement ziemlich dunkel. Der Vermieter hat uns unzählige E-Mail gesendet, vor dem Check in wollte er plötzlich eine Kaution haben, die nicht bei Buchung erwähnt war, ich musste es per Booking.com klären, was super geklappt hat. Dan hiess es es gibt kein Abstellplatz für Fahrräder, obwohl es gab bei dem Appartement in EG der Hinterhof zum Abstellen. Das konnten wir auch klären, war aber lästige Korrespondenz vor der Anreise und auch während dem Aufenthalt.

Piccola struttura indipendente al piano terra, accogliente e ben curata, posizione ottimale per visitare il centro storico di Chioggia e all'occorrenza via mare anche Venezia o il Lido. Zona silenziosa e buon sonno. Wifi senza problemi. Qualità/prezzo più che ottimo. Dotata di climatizzatore/pompa di calore e tesserina elettronica come chiave sia per la porta esterna che per quella privata e l'attivazione elettricità una volta entrati in camera depositandola nell'apposito astuccio a muro. Il bagno pulito, spazioso, ristrutturato e ben studiato. Il gestore molto disponibile anche se solo via telefono in quanto al momento assente. All'interno c'è un piccolo atrio privato esclusivo ancora un po' in ristrutturazione, che darà quel qualcosa in più una volta sistemato bene, comunque agibile per sedersi fuori nel piccolo salottino da esterni.
Aver dovuto fare il check-in da solo via telefono una volta arrivato in loco, avendo prenotato solo il giorno prima e il gestore non disponibile in quel momento. Non mi è piacito, ma con un po' di pazienza si fa...
