Friendly staff, room was super clean, & comfy bed , great shower. Close to small shops, bars, cafes & cake shops. One of the best ice cream shops in the Venice region is virtually next door.. Parking nearby. Not far from the sea. Easy to visit Venice by boat not far away.

Great location! Rooms quite spacious with a balcony for fresh air! Pillows, sheets. and bedspread were perfect!
Great bathroom and Amazing shower! My husband was very happy with the breakfast and I enjoyed the cappuccinos they make for you! There is also a machine if you prefer to get it yourself! Pistachio Croissants and Chocolate Croissants are delicious too!
Nothing! The owner pays attention to even the smallest details! I am very, very particular and I was super impressed with this Property!

fantastic position, friendly staff, good breakfast
The room and the bathroom were way too small, almost claustrophobic. There wasn’t any tea and coffee kit or bathroom courtesy set. the mini fridge wasn’t working, the lift wasn’t working half of the time, the view from the room was horrible and the room wasn’t cleaned properly. We won’t come back
