Three-bedroom, two-bathroom bungalow with a semi-open floor plan! This cozy retreat boasts a perfect blend of comfort and functionality. Enjoy spacious living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and a delightful backyard with a fire pit. Ideal for families or groups of friends, our bungalow offers a memorable stay.
KITCHEN: Fully equipped with all basic necessities and more - blender, drip coffee maker, toaster. Cute bar seating area!
INDOOR LIVING: Flat-screen ROKU TVs with streaming channels for you to log into and cable tv through the Spectrum app! Two plush queen beds and a trundle bed with two twin beds that easily convert into a king bed. Two full, spacious bathrooms with shampoo and body wash for you to use.
GENERAL: Stackable washer and dryer along with iron and ironing board, fresh towels and linens, board games for extra fun, central air conditioning, and keyless entry.
OUTDOOR LIVING: Front porch and an outdoor fire pit area!
Guests will receive a keypad code the day prior or the morning of their reservation date.

IMPORTANT: Before receiving check-in instructions, you must sign our rental agreement and provide a copy of your ID. Failure to do so will result in cancellation without a refund. for up to $200 in accidental damages. Plus, we understand that plans can change, so we offer
the flexibility to cancel your reservation for any reason up to 14 days prior to check-in for a
100% refund, and a 50% refund for 7 days (minus the Travel Ease protection fee). Additionally,
if the weather takes a turn for the worse, you'll have the ability to reschedule your stay. So, rest
easy knowing that we've got you covered.
Pets are welcome on the premises, and a pet fee of $125 applies. Please ensure to inform us in advance to secure authorization for bringing a pet. You are required to clean up after your pet, including waste or additional charges may apply.

I had my reservations when we first pulled into the neighborhood, but that quickly went away. It was very quiet and cozy. The beds were very comfortable, and the house was convenient to everywhere I needed to go. I will definitely keep this little bungalow in mind when we return to Athens for a game or another football camp.

Had a lovely stay here…comfortable beds, thoughtful and modern amenities and only a mile from UGA. Would definitely rebook!

The Area is not very welcoming to a out of towner needing a place to sleep and feel
Safe . Inside was well done outside needed a lot of work neighborhood was very run down and some sketchy folks lurking on the street at nite .
