Just a short drive to downtown Athens ( less than 5 miles) and the popular restaurants, coffee shops, and music venues that make Athens such a special place to spend time.

Quiet, comfortable, and priced right.It is weird that owner asks that you wash and dry all towels before checking out. Even weirder that laundry duties aren’t communicated until the day before check in. We had read about it in other reviews and brought our own towels.

I recently stayed here with family. The house was as described, but it wasn’t as clean as I had hoped. I did bring this to the host’s attention and he notified the housekeeper. The housekeeper came the next morning and cleaned the home. We did leave because I have a small child and didn’t feel comfortable with the cleanliness of the home. However, I do appreciate the effort from the host to address my concerns.
