Just 1.5 km from La Bourboule and 5 km from Mont-Dore, the house enjoys a prime location, perfect for recharging in nature. Facing south at 1,000 m altitude, the property offers stunning panoramic views of the Dordogne valley and Sancy. Enjoy the authentic charm of the Massif Central and a true mountain setting.
The comfortable, fully equipped house accommodates up to 6 guests. Layout: Basement with entrance, cloakroom, laundry (washing machine). Garden level: living/dining room with open kitchen, 1 bedroom (140 cm bed), shower room, separate toilet. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (each with 2 single beds), toilet. TV and Wi-Fi included.
A paradise for mountain lovers, year-round. In winter, you are close to ski areas: cross-country skiing at La Bourboule, Mont-Dore, La Tour-d’Auvergne, or Lac de Guéry; alpine skiing at Mont-Dore (linked to Super-Besse) and Chastreix-Sancy; snowshoe hikes from Murat-le-Quaire, La Bourboule, or Mont-Dore. Mont-Dore is also a top trail running destination, with major events in January and September, and marked routes all year. After your activities, relax at La Bourboule’s aquatic center, known for its quality facilities.
In summer, many hiking and mountain biking trails start from the house. Discover local highlights: Orcival, Lac de Guéry, Saint-Nectaire, Chambon, Murol, Vulcania, and the Puy de Dôme. Model aircraft enthusiasts will enjoy the nearby Banne d’Ordanche.
