10 km from Mauriac, 1/2 h from Salers (medieval village), first shops at 5 km, house renovated in 2016 with heated swimming pool size 10 * 4 (from May 1 to end of September) surrounded by nature, a real haven of peace on a plot of 6000 m2, very beautiful view, ideal place to relax and discover the splendid landscapes of Cantal.
2 bedrooms make up this house, the first located upstairs with large bedding (160 * 200), private bathroom, TV, storage. The second, accessible from the outside, giving on the ground floor onto a terrace continuing on a field, bedding of 140 and bunk beds of 90, bathroom with shower, separate toilet, courtesy tray with Nespresso machine, outdoor deckchairs.
On the ground floor a single room, dining room, sitting area with fireplace, kitchen, opening onto a large terrace, large teak table for 10 to 12 people, plancha.
Outdoor equipment: deckchairs, pool bed, Acapulco armchairs, rest benches.
Swimming pool with secure electric curtain.
Supply of hand towels: 8 euros per person.

La maison de marthe est un lieu magique magnifique d'un calme absolu la propriétéest entretenu plus que parfaitement le lieu est splendide et les hôtes d'une gentillesse extrême nous avons eu la chance d'avoir le soleil avec nous, nous avons do c pu profiter de la superbe piscine ! La région est magnifique 😍 tout étais parfait c'est un sans faute au plaisir de vous revoir un jour 😁😁
