The apartment is on the third floor without elevator and consists of an entrance hall, living room with sofa bed and fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds, and a large bathroom with shower
It can accommodate up to 5 adults, perfect for small groups, couples of friends or families.

The apartment was amazing & everything we hoped. The access was easy. Very much appreciated Samuel coming out to help with AC 1st night we were there. He was very kind & friendly. Despite 3rd floor, apartment stayed very cool. Drawback was the 3 flights (60 ) stairs which made it difficult. The description said 3 flights, but was really 6 flights. I would also suggest some more instructions about the hall lights (how to turn them on & keep them on) & where to dispose of trash & recycling. If not for the stairs, I would stay there again if ever in Florence.
