Located in the tranquil traditional village of Vivlos, yet only 15 minutes drive from Naxos center "Hora" and the port and 10 minutes drive from the famous beach Plaka, this house is build with traditional Greek island architecture and exudes the elegance and style of Cyclades. The property sits in a total area of 638m² and offers breathtaking view of the sea , the village , the village's traditional windmills and the mountains. In the village, in a walking distance from the house, you can find a super market, a pharmacy, local restaurants , a bakery , all you may need. The property includes 2 residences of 110 m2 in the first floor and 90 m2 in the ground floor that connect with an interior staircase. Each residence has a fully equipped kitchen, living room and 2 bedrooms.The first floor can host up to 6 guests since there are also 2 large sofas in the living room that serve as beds and the ground floor can host up to 4 guests.There is also of pool of 21 m2 and a 2- car closed garage.The whole residence is available for the guests it hosts , offers complete privacy and there are no areas shared with others.

We stayed at Daphne's place for the second time, traveling to Naxos for business . The house is extremely spacious with 4 bedrooms and two kitchens and living rooms and cozy at the same time, literally stocked with everything you may need. The village where it is located has a supermarket, a bakery, a pharmacy, restaurants,all in a walking distance. It's also close to all the nice villages and beaches of the island. The neighborhood is safe and the closed garage that can accommodate two cars is a plus. The view is spectacular , the sea from the front side and the wind mills in the other side. As for the hosts, they embody the spirit of Greek hospitality!! I would definitely be back for a third visit!!
