Beautifully decorated, incredibly clean and all felt very new.
Very kind and helpful staff from the moment we arrived to being waved off in a transfer.
The restaurant has wonderful food cooked to perfection. (My husband who is from New Zealand said it was the best fish he had eaten in Europe!)
Breakfast has a lovely variety and the pool area is so relaxing with wonderful flowers, plants and nice drinks!

The location was convenient, and the breakfast was good with flexible timing. Staff helped with our luggage and accommodated our early breakfast request.
The room had several issues — faulty flush, broken shower knob, uncomfortable bed, and no dustbins apart from the bathroom. Most concerning was the lack of respect for privacy: staff entered our room without permission or prior notice on two occasions.
