It was very well equipped and located across the road from great beach, restaurants and 5 mins walk from other restaurants and supermarkets, shopping. Cinzia was a lovely host and had left lots of additional touches like water and food if arriving late, breakfast snacks tea and coffee etc. i would definitely book again. The apartment was spacious, garden patio area lovely and also well equipped with seating and loungers.

Die sehr sympathische Gastgeberin Cinzia hatte
bereits den Kühlschrank mit einer Grundausstattung gefüllt! Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet und sehr geschmackvoll,
italienisch eben, eingerichtet!
Alles ist sauber, es fehlt nichts!
Ein schöner Loungebereich lädt zum Relaxen ein!
Der Balkon gibt Einblicke bzw. Ausblicke auf das
italienische Leben!
Wir wollen auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!!

If you go to Anzio, stay here. Seriously. I can not imagine there is a better maintained and decorated property or nicer host. Sea view. Lovely private terrace at the back. Our young daughter says: this is a very nice property. Near the sea side, very nice to go for a little walk. If I had such a nice holiday house I'd live in it all the time so Top Marks!
