The view is amasing, and the beach very close. The sand is very soft, water is calm and you can go very far because the level of water is not high, so is good for kids. We were in middle September, but the water was still calm. The blue of the house is relaxing, the interior design is very beautiful. The kitchen has everything you need, there is a washing machine for clothes and one for dishes. A bus stop is just in front of the house.
House is located near a very busy road, so cars and motocycle will be heard all day long if you keep balcony doors open. There are small things which can be improved for property to be perfect, and we say this with love and respect. We were a group of five adults, all family. We could use air conditioning in living room - where two of us were sleeping (there is a fan though). The man wanted microwave 😀 which was missing (women didn't, we cooked). There are two bathrooms ( which is great) but we used only the one with shower, the one with bathtub (beautiful) was leeking water when you try to put any in it. AC in the kitchen sometimes works, sometimes don't.

Tranquilla silenziosa . Aria condizionata e pulita. Ottimo il cortile interno per parcheggiare la macchina.

Non ho trovato corretto che sul sito mettono le foto dell'appartamento più bello al primo piano e poi avendo scelto monolocale in realtà è un garage con tettoia adibito a piccolo monolocale incastonato dietro il caseggiato principale non si vede nulla né strada e tanto meno il mare. Tra un po' neanche il cielo .hai unica finestra del bagno che da sul giardino dell'altro appartamento . Servizi: frigo bar mignon dentro e nella tettoia con vetrata con frigo medio. Angolo cottura no comment era esterno sotto tettoia caldissimo effetto forno x cucinare e starci composto con 1 forno microonde e una piastra ad induzione non funzionante e senza istruzioni x l'uso. / Carta igienica 2 rotoli e poi me la sono comprata/ detersivo piatti zero/ bagno schiuma zero.stendino a muro misero che non ci sta neanche steso un asciugamano ! Sempre lieve puzza di gas.
Alcune prese principali non funzionanti e tutte le prese vecchie che non prendevo la tedesca e quindi hanno messo gli adattatori che li trovo poco sicuri. Ultima cosa la vendono come fronte spiaggia in linea d'aria forse, peccato che x andare al mare si attraversa la strada e poi si deve fare una stradina pedonale stra ripida con scalini noiosi nell'i ultima parte finale . Mi sono dovuta fare una sfacchinata tremenda con la roba del mare /bambina e passeggino e anche persona anziana con stampella ha fAtto molta fatica rischia di dj farsi male. X me fronte mare è un'altra cosa. Fate attenzione quando prenotate io x fortuna ci ho fatto solo tre giorni ma se ci si deve fare le vacanze lunghe diventa deleterio.
