Superb terrace - too cold to use yet but clearly a big asset and clearly unusual for Lucca inside the walls.. Very clean - lovely plants and quality furniture. Liked the 2 bathrooms. Modern furnishings and well equipped kitchen. Excellent wifi. Very responsive owner. Great location as all within easy reach but still relatively quiet.
Steep stairs may not suit some. Flat lovely but a little too cluttered for my taste. Very odd shower entrance in main bathroom ....tricky to enter if not slim but spacious once inside.

The best possible location in Lucca!
For the elderly and lazy, the stairs to the third floor will be an obstacle - but there's a price to pay - this beautiful terrace can't be on the ground floor!!!

Das Apartment liegt innerhalb der Stadtmauern von Lucca in der verkehrsberuhigten Zone. Man kann mit dem Auto zum Be- und Entladen ~100m nah heranfahren. Den Schlüssel findet man bequem im Schlüsselsafe. Fabrizio, der Inhaber, ist sehr nett und versorgt einen vorher per WhatsApp mit detaillierten Infos über die Sehenswürdigkeiten von Lucca und Umgebung sowie die Besonderheiten des Apartments. Das Apartment ist ein kleines Penthouse im 3. Stock mit großer Dachterrasse, Wintergarten und 2 Bädern. Die Ausstattung ist umfassend und neuwertig. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten von Lucca sowie Restaurants, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.
Das Apartment ist etwas beengt. Die Bäder könnten mehr Ablagemöglichkeiten und Haken für die Hand- und Duschtücher haben. Das Treppenhaus hat recht hohe Stufen und ist für alte oder gehbehinderte Menschen eventuell ungeeignet.. Alle Parkplätze innerhalb der Stadtmauern und nah davor sind kostenpflichtig oder für Anwohner reserviert. Freie Parkplätze sind ~1km entfernt. Kann das Apartment nichts dafür, sollte man aber wissen.
