The location is excellent. Seaworld was a big reason for our visit to San Diego and this was ideal. Property has a real home from home feel.
The Washing Machine was faulty but there is a launderette nearby so was no issue. Gave me a my daughter an excuse to have breakfast at the amazing Broken Yolk Cafe while the wash was on!

It was clean and cute. Located pretty close to everything. It was peaceful and well stocked.
The pool was a disappointment, it was dirty and starting to turn green. Also the fire table had spider webs all in the inside where you turn on the propane. So we didn’t use the backyard like we wanted to.

This is almost a 10/10! Location was perfect. Rooms were comfy. Lounge was a nice space as was the garden. Kitchen had everything in it that you needed.
Shops and beach all in walking distance. Well, for us anyway.
Good having a washing machine too.
10/10 would have been my score if these few tweaks were sorted from other customer reviews.
A wipe down of the kitchen cupboards, once done it’s easy to keep on top of. The bathroom, very tired, when you put the shower on, the tap underneath runs! Must be wasting so much water. The kitchen tap is a bit faulty, but again wouldn’t be much to sort.
The garden space was not looked after in my opinion. Just a sweep of leaves etc would make all the difference. We might have used it if we had stayed longer (only stayed 2 nights), we used the chairs outside as a clothes horse because there was no where to hang them. Im nit a fan of washer dryers. But managed to wash and dry stuff on two days.
As i say these are all small issues really as easily sorted 😊

Mi è piaciuto il parcheggio dedicato. La posizione, benché rumorosissima perché la strada è trafficata , è stata comoda per raggiungere i vari quartieri.
La casa, rispetto alle foto pubblicate, è abbastanza datata. Le camere sono minuscole e manca il posto per le valigie, anche perché i due piccoli armadi nelle camere erano piene di roba,credo dell’host. Il bagno comunicante tra le due camere è incommentabile, vecchissimo, la doccia non funzionava quasi per niente e la tenda era da paura. La cucina non pulitissima, abbiamo lavato tutte le stoviglie prima di usarle ed in parte era occupata da cibo, non so lasciato da chi. I servizi di cui dice di essere dotata non sono veritieri fino in fondo riguardo a piscina, barbecue e bici in quanto non messe in condizioni di essere usati dagli ospiti. Diciamo che la casa non é come sembra in foto e l’host è stato inesistente..
