New condo added this Summer to complement our other 5* rated condos. This one is:
* Beautiful near ocean front condo in Mission Beach!
* Amazing ocean, sand, sunset, and boardwalk views from your dining foyer and living room of this second floor unit.
* Beautifully renovated unit with new blonde laminate wood floors, new bathroom, stainless steel kitchen appliances, enlarged windows to enhance ocean views, new furnishings, etc.
* Has a Queen bed, a Twin bed, a Queen sleeper couch, and a Double sleeper couch housed in 2 rooms. Recommended occupancy of 5 but can sleep 6.
* Includes high quality, super comfortable Hilton Hotel bed.
* Air Conditioning - uncommon amenity near the beach!
* Endless hot water with dual tank-less water heaters
* Access to large, ocean/beach view patio/BBQ deck with Hot Tub! Shared.
* On a walk street and one of many multi-million dollar homes (see photo).
* Cross NO streets to get to beach
* So close to ocean you can hear it all the time (unless you close the windows) and fall to sleep by it at night.

Close to the beach. Quiet neighborhood, very friendly host and neighbors. So nice to have access to beach gear and the great location made things so simple to walk to restaurants or grocery store.

The queen bed in the living area does not work and was not very clean. No beach towels provided as stated and not much in the way of beach gear at the time we were there. The amazing location ofc is the reason to stay.

Condo needs some TLC. The location is Great but the condo itself is a bit run down. Owner was very responsive to our needs
