We had an unforgettable stay at this villa, and we would especially like to thank our wonderful host, Nebo. After we had a minor car accident, he went above and beyond to help us – assisting with the formalities at the police station and even picking us up from the hospital. Thanks to his incredible support, we didn’t feel the negative impact of this unpleasant incident and were able to fully enjoy the beauty of the place.
The villa itself is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the Bay of Kotor from the garden and the pool. We have never stayed in such a well-equipped property before – the kitchen has every appliance you could possibly need for cooking, and there is even a piano in the house!
The location is perfect as well, right next to the beach and within walking distance of restaurants and shops, which made everything very convenient.
Thank you, Nebo, for your amazing help and warm hospitality – we truly hope to return one day!

The villa was beyond our expectations. The rooms were clean and spacious. The pool area and outdoor space was perfect for chilling and entertaining and there was ample space for 8 people.
Everything you could need was provided.
The owner answered all questions promptly and was very friendly. He was there to meet us and see us off. He gave recommendations for trips, bars and restaurants which were all great.
The views were fantastic from the balconies and we were situated directly across from a beach and laid back beach bar. The bus stop was a 5 min walk and supermarket no more than 10 mins.
In all, a wonderful villa, host and location. Would definitely go back and highly recommend.

Идеальное место от первой до последней минуты! Классная территория с садом, бассейном (зимой им не пользовались, но в е же), грилем и примыкающей крытой лаунж зоной (обеденная зона, бар, санузел, детские игрушки).
На первом этаже огромная гостиная с камином и полностью оснащенная кухня (есть вообще вся посуда и техника, которую можно вообразить), также есть санузел и большая терраса с мебелью и видом на залив, на втором этаже 4 спальни, санузел и прачечная (стиралка, сушилка, утюг - есть все) + 2 небольших террасы также с мебелью. 3 спальни видовые, в одной из 4 - раздельные кровати, в остальных - двуспальные.
Теплые полы в кухне, коридоре и санузле на втором этаже. Кондиционер есть в каждой комнате + камин (дрова также были предоставлены).
Хозяева очень приветливые и заботливые оставили для нас лед, сладости, капсулы для кофе, полотенца, скатерти, всевозможные запасы гигиенических средств, розжиг и угли для гриля, также в доме был с н мыльный набор для готовки, которым можно было пользоваться.
В общем это просто невероятно красивое, уютное, атмосферное место в одной из живописнейших локаций Черногории!
Зимой может сначала показаться прохладно, но если сразу затомить камин и включить посильнее обогрев полов - будет идеально!
