Excellent location very good size and well furnished with very well equipped kitchen
Providing you are happy with climbing a spiral staircase to the bedrooms then it is a great appartment

L’appartement est très bien situé,clair et décoré avec beaucoup de goût
Les deux petites chambres sont mal équipées.Les lampes de chevet ont un fil trop court pour être près du lit.Pas de table de chevet et surtout chaque lit est sur une estrade dont les marches sont très hautes

Duplex molto bello, caratteristico, sufficientemente fornito e in una posizione ottimale per visitare la città. Pulizia generale più che buona.
Avere solo il wc al primo piano ed entrambi i bagni al secondo piano può risultare scomodo.

L’immobile si trova in una zona tranquilla al centro della città a breve distanza dai principali luoghi di interesse raggiungibili a piedi o con il tram che passa nelle vicinanze. L’appartamento, che si sviluppa su due livelli, occupa l’ultimo piano di un elegante edificio ottocentesco ben ristrutturato. Tenendo conto dei vincoli imposti dalla struttura originaria si può dire che gli spazi sono ben distribuiti e dotati di tutti i comfort, vasta è anche la gamma degli arredi presenti. Molto apprezzata è stata la presenza di madeleine e capsule per il caffè nonché la disponibilità a venire incontro ad una nostra richiesta.
Sia tra gli operatori del turismo che tra quelli della ristorazione c'è una scarsissima conoscenza dell'inglese, il governo francese deve capire che non esiste solo Parigi; almeno i Bretoni sono simpatici e gentili.
