About this house rental
The perfect getaway for the whole family. Enjoy a huge completely fenced in yard with lots of grass, several tree swings (children only), hammock, play structure, mature oaks, a private fenced pool area complete with a hot tub, cabana, and lounge chairs. Relax on the large patio with attached deck and firepit overlooking the entire estate. Inside the home you will find a gourmet kitchen, ample dining space and 4 bedrooms with sleeping accommodations for up to 10 people. If that's not enough, head downstairs to the media/game room where you can enjoy billiards, shuffle board, 412 arcade games, board games, corn hole, or even watch a movie on the big screen tv. So much to do on the Central Coast with hundreds of wineries nearby. We have a no party policy. Only the guests on the reservation are allowed on the property at any given time. No additional guests permitted on the property without prior approval.

Incredible house for a family trip. The thoughtfulness of amenities for a family to enjoy and all the amazing areas- house, game room, pool and property was impressive. Highly recommend a family vacation here if you enjoy sun and fun in a beautiful location! Thank you to the hosts for being so responsive and kind!

This property was better than advertised! The property and house are stunning. It was the perfect place for our ladies getaway. The house had everything we could need and we never felt crowded with a group of 7 women. And after a day out exploring the area, all of us were excited to go back to this beautiful retreat to enjoy it! Kira was also a wonderful and gracious host with great communication and some great recommendations - Thank you!

This beautiful home was a perfect stay for our family! We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, playing in the backyard with the grandkids, and relaxing together. We hope we can stay here again in the future!!
