We went for celebrating a birthday with a few other families. The staff were very helpful in the planning and deciding to go with this place. We had concerns about the different units making folks feel "separated", but the overly generous communal areas throughout the property had folks always doing things together. Had a fantastic time, the property was beautiful and well-maintained. Only recommendation would be to bring bug spray, else very easy to find, plenty of space for multiple families. Hoping to turn this into a tradition!

I just enjoyed my bachelorette weekend here at San Antonio Estate. We had the best reviews for our stay! Many comments about the desire to return. We will be back soon! The property was the best and well cleaned. We had a phone call prior to check in to ensure we were ready and had the correct codes to the properties. We loved the local wineries and had a blast downtown Atascadero for their Sip and Shop.

I would like to address several issues that we had during our long weekend stay at the San Antonio Estate. Overall I would consider this property sub par for the cost/ price point we paid for 4 nights $8500. The very first day on arrival we walked into the home being over 82 degrees; come to find out the A/C was broken and not in working order. Only 1 bedroom upstairs had a ceiling fan which still was not enough to make sleeping without A/C comfortable. There was only 1 working floor fan for the entire home so it was miserable inside the home without A/C or fan circulation. Luckily someone came out the following afternoon and was able to fix the A/C but other issues were noted and not addressed.1. Built in BBQ did not work (it was filthy as well and couldn’t tell the last time it was cleaned)2. Oven in kitchen did not work (unable to prepare food that we brought up for dinner)3. Garbage disposal was broken.4. Upstairs guest shower was broken handle fell right off (little to no water pressure)- unusable 5. Other guest shower had black mold on the ceiling.6. Previous guest's underwear and other clothes were left in the dresser of 1 of the guest rooms.7. Master jet tub does not work.8. The outside patio furniture, cushions, chair were filthy (needed to be power washed)9. Interior of home had cob webs throughout and floors were dirty; ants in kitchen.
