Seemingly pulled from the pages of a fairy tale, this woodland cottage provides peace, quiet, and a stunning atmosphere among the redwoods of Cazadero. Enjoy a beautiful deck shaded by mature trees, where you can breathe in the fragrant forest air and soak in the hot tub overlooking the woods each evening.
This two-story cabin is the perfect place to disconnect, tucked into the forest about four miles south of small-town Cazadero. Yet you'll also be in a wonderful position to explore, with the Russian River easily accessible in both Monte Rio (seven miles) and Guerneville (11 miles). Go wine tasting, hike the Pomo Canyon Trail (11 miles), and take scenic drives out to Jenner on the rugged ocean coast (10 miles).
Stepping into this home is like stepping back in time, thanks to the classic furnishings, cozy fireplace, and richly hued wood at every turn. Natural light streams in through large windows and a lofty skylight, creating a wonderful spot to read, play board games, and watch movies on DVD and streaming services.
Enjoy a charming kitchen with every essential, a dining space lined with windows, and doors that lead outside to the deck among the trees. Take afternoon naps in the hammock, prepare alfresco dinners on the gas grill, and linger outdoors to listen to the sounds of the forest. In the evenings, you'll find the bedroom upstairs, offering its own TV beneath the rafters. Complimentary WiFi is provided as well.

A perfect little cottage in the woods. Rustic but comfortable, and had everything I needed for a home base while exploring the forest. Waking up in the loft bed to the sunlight coming through the trees was beautiful. Relaxing in the jacuzzi was wonderful too. I was sad to leave and would absolutely stay here again.

It would be great if they replaced the saggy couch and bed, nevertheless, it was a charming cabin hidden away for a quiet wonderful stay.

This cabin is amazing. Nestled in the woods and surrounded by trees, it’s a lovely escape to nature. All of the essentials are provided, and the interior has a ton of rustic charm. The hot tub was the highlight, and we appreciated how clean it was. Unfortunately, the mattress was terrible. It manages to be both hard and completely unsupportive, with a well-worn valley in the center. We struggled to sleep and woke up in pain. We considered sleeping on the sofa, but it is equally unsupportive. Honestly, the floor might have been a better choice. We felt duped that we paid to sleep here. Hopefully the owner will make an upgrade before future guests stay here.
