About this villa rental
Comfortable spacious home with private pool and secure garden with covered outdoor dining area.
Main floor consists of two bedrooms both with air conditioning and two bathrooms (one with bath), a spacious living room with TV, air conditioning and a log burner for cooler months. There is separate kitchen overlooking the front garden and dining room with stunning mountain views. The villa is equipped with fibre broadband. There is also oil powered central heating for anyone wishing to stay in cooler months.
In the underbuild, there is a spacious bedroom with kingsize bed and air conditioning, walk in shower room and kitchenette. Towels and bed linens included.
Well behaved pets welcome. A car is needed to make the most of the area, taxis and public transport are very limited.
Village communal pool a 10 minute walk (Mid June to early September).
Gym with weekly membership options a 10 minute walk.
Alcalali village with petrol station, bars, cafes and restaurants 20 minutes walk.
Closest beaches Calpe - 20 mins, Javea , Moraira and Denia all approximately 30 minutes.
Beautiful Guadalest with its stunning castle is a 1 hour drive or you could go swimming in the Algar waterfalls (45 minute drive)
The area is very popular with cyclists and those who enjoy mountain walking / climbing
