Dry clean and detailed to make it comfortable. Quiet neighborhood- our family enjoyed the activity room and how spacious the entire house was. The additional studio was perfect for our loud teens playing video games! We will stay at this location again.

PROS:
Comfortable, attractive place to stay, Allows one-night rentals. Rooms are large. Cordless phone chargers were a nice feature in the bedrooms and kitchen. Coffee bar was a nice touch.
CONS:
No wifi instructions so had to email the host. The bathroom I used could have been cleaner on the base of the toilet and the floor around the toilet. Damp pillowcases were left on the sofa from the previous visitors. Biggest frustration was that we couldn't find the location. The address was listed as south instead of north. Had to contact VRBO for help. I was traveling with my elderly parents and we were tired from the drive so it wasn't a good start to our visit. This affected our plans for the evening and was extremely frustrating.
