Villa Bella elegant family retreat in downtown

The home is in a good location to bike to downtown and trails. Very clean and kitchen is equipped with all you need. The owners replied to questions within a half hour to questions.

The kitchen items were scattered in different drawers. You had to look all over to find things. Like some measuring spoons in one drawer and some in another. Some cups in one, more cups in another……

Great location and fun amenities. This place had it all and was what we needed! The owners were VERY responsive to an issue early on and actually went way beyond what we would have expected. One of the amenities was not working when we arrived and there was a large amount of ice blocking the entrance. I reported it immediately and they called quickly. When asked what I would like done I replied that “ they should do what they thought best” they came out in the freezing cold to work outside to fix the problem. I would have been fine with a little bit of a discount but they made the trip to fix the issue. I was impressed!

There is not much negative you can say about his property. I might suggest focusing on fewer amenities and more on getting the basics done correctly every time. The owners obviously care a great deal about this amazing property and I would absolutely recommend staying here.
