Quiet area
Hardly any facilities, coffee maker means kettle. Had a fresh coffee maker that needs to used on a stove, but NO stove.
Two rusted nails, dangerously hanging out of bathroom door.
Bathroom glass shelf hanging off wall by two rusted screws, highly dangerous, an accident waiting to happen. No TV.
Very expensive for what it is.
Communal area, as shown in picture, is highly overgrown and neglected, would not feel comfortable sitting there.
Entrance at gate overgrown too, difficult entering without your face been hit with leaves.
No contact at all from owner.
