The Troyan Hill Apartments (ex. Maisonettes) are built in an idyllic landscape and combine the beauty of both sea and mountain.
They consist of six newly built traditional stone houses, in a radius of 500 meters from the sea and 1,500 meters from the road to the seashore & the village, situated on a mountain side thus providing a spectacular and panoramic view of Petra village.
The accommodation is surrounded by a variety of fruit trees and a green garden with many flowers to offer freshness and beauty.
The Troyan Hill complete a piece of the puzzle resembling a newly built castle, replacement of those existing in the Byzantine and or the Medieval era, which, combined with privacy and tranquillity, offer guests unforgettable summer and winter holidays.
Within these 45 & 70sq meters we provide amenities that are equal to those of modern residences. Comfortable and fully equipped with a full size kitchen stove, large refrigerator, cooking utensils, hair dryer, TV and air-conditioning.
Pool : Overlooking the endless blue waters of the Aegean Sea, our outdoor pool offers a quiet respite where you can relax far from the bustle of the city and the beach, whether it's dozing off on the deck and watching panoramic vies of all area in the whirlpool.
WiFi: At Troyan Hill Maisonettes providing free WiFi 24 hour access for guest until 24 Mbs by using Ubiquiti systems with the latest security protocols of the market for more privacy for your safety internet explore.
Maisonettes 3 - 5 pax : The maisonettes are with 70 sq.m., not lacking anything from the modern apartments.
Comfortable and fully equipped with cooker with 4 oven outbreaks, refrigerator, cooking utensils, serving set. The living room is with the kitchen is a continuation of a single area where a 2 sofas that can accommodate 1 person each one.
A wooden staircase leads to the open loft where the 3 single beds. The house has TV, Hair dryer, WC, air conditioning and large balcony.
The maisonettes have TV, Hair dryer, WC, air conditioning and large balcony with panoramic view of Petra village and the Aegean Sea.
Parking: Our conveniently designed parking facilities offer guests the opportunity to enjoy a stress-free on Troyan Hill.

Great place for a relaxing, peaceful and lovely location for a holiday. Lambros is a brilliant, looking after you from the first minute on arrival, advising on activities, helping to ensure you have a good time throughout your stay, really friendly person, real great person. The accommodation in our opinion is great, just right with a great pool to use. We had many happy hours, sat on the balcony looking at sunsets out to sea, great way to relax at the end of a day.
