Nice apartment in the heart of Parma, cafes / restarurants / shops all withing a few minutes walk. Very nice pizza right behind the corner. The apartment is a bit small but cosy, nice and clean. Good communication with the owner.

Very good communication with the lovely host who arranged an easy key collection. Excellent location within walking distance of centre of town and all it had to offer.
The apartment would benefit from cupboards and wardrobe being decluttered. The apartment is quite dark during the day.

La posizione è davvero ottima, comoda sia per visitare il centro storico, sia per trovare parcheggio nei dintorni. La proprietaria di casa è molto disponibile e l'appartamento è pulito e ha tutto quello che serve per brevi (se non brevissimi) soggiorni. La zona è tranquilla, sicura e fornita di ogni servizio.
L'appartamento non è molto accogliente; datato e arredato con poca attenzione, meriterebbe un totale aggiornamento. Manca la televisione e gli spazi sono gestiti male. Si sente che qualcuno ha fumato in casa, mancando il balcone, e l'odore purtroppo ha impregnato gli ambienti. Manca l'ascensore e la casa si trova al secondo piano (non è un problema ma è comunque una barriera architettonica importante). Inguardabile, ahimè, il palo da nightclub nel bel mezzo del salotto: spero fosse una sicurezza per il sostegno del solaio, chi lo sa.
