Eravamo vicinissimi al centro e di fianco c'era già il bar convenzionato dove abbiamo fatto colazione.
I due bagni hanno fatto tanto comodo.
Tutto ok, un appunto solamente le due camere non sono separate da muri e porte ma si trovano sopra e sotto.

The location. The parking lot is right behind and reaching the center of Parma is really easy.
The house is a bit complicated because it articulates on 3 floors and with small kids managing the day is not easy. Also, the breakfast is NOT included. Croissants and a coffee are not a breakfast. This is misleading when booking. It should be specified only: coffee and croissants offered.
