It’s was a very convenient location. The apartment has great amenities and is very clean. Great indoor pool, hot tub, and kids play room on site. The parking space is at a great location. Lillian is a very good host and provided clear direction on access.
There are definitely some rough blocks around the apartment. The apartment building itself is very safe, but I wouldn’t walk more than 2 blocks north to Hastings St. Kinda sketchy.

This is a beautiful condo in a terrific location.
Overall, the condo was clean, but the walls and baseboards are clearly neglected in the cleaning process.

The apartment was clean, and the bedding was comfy.
The unit does not have central AC, and the portable AC vents through the window, which makes it difficult to fully close the curtains, so the bedroom gets bright early in the morning. Also, the train tracks nearby can be quite noticeable, especially for light sleepers.
