Not a bad area with enough cafes & takeaways. Close to Rogers Arena & False Creek. Walking distance to Gas Town. No 19 bus to Stanley Park is just down the road. Great mountain & cityscape views. Pool & gym are great selling points too. Plenty of fridge space as well as good supply of cutlery & crockery & great to have our own laundry.
3rd & 4th bedrooms are tiny. Lots of obvious drug users around immediate neighbourhood. Not great to only have a bath in 1 bathroom. Shower is in the bath so hard to keep water from spraying the walls.
