Spacious 4 bedroom apartment in the very heart of Cannes Center. Just off the main shopping street "rue d'Antibes" and a few steps away from the Boulevard de la Croisette.
The apartment is in one of the best locations in Cannes, right in the center within a short and easy walk to most of the main attractions.
It is an 8 minute walk to the Palais des Festival conference center, and a 3 minute walk the Boulevard de la Croisette beach front.
The Carlton and the Martinez Hotels are both under a 10 minute walk away.
The aparment is set back from the main street, you enter the building at street level and go through a small courtyard to enter the main building. The apartment is on the first (+1)floor.
Enter the apartment into a spacious dining room with a table and chairs for 8, the living area is adjacent with a large sofa and a large TV. Both look out onto a spacious terrace with nice furnishing and another table, a sofa and a small bar.
The kitchen is well equiped and modern and has an opening onto the dining area.
The master bedroom is spacious, with a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub a walk in shower cubicle and a toilet.
There are 3 other bedrooms, one with a small double bed and the two others with twin beds.
There is a separate shower room and a guest toilet for these three bedrooms.
