Great location; clean; easy check in and out; very decent for one person.
This is advertised as a 2-bed apartment but is really 1.5. I stayed with a colleague for MIPIM week (which I had informed the owners of) and it was pretty awkward. It is a very decent studio, nice bed, kitchenette etc. For second bedroom however, you have to walk alongside the small gap between the bed and the bathroom, through a beaded curtain, through a tiny bathroom, and up a ladder into the mezzanine “second bedroom”. This room has a slanted ceiling so I could only stand on one side of the room, still bashed my head multiple times. Not one cupboard, drawer, or even bedside table (but bizarrely a freestanding bath). Had to hang clothes downstairs. Almost killed myself going to the loo in the night climbing down the ladder, trying not to wake my colleague up. It’s a great location but should really only be for one person and possibly a child. Also be aware it’s on 4th floor with no lift. Toaster would’ve been nice to have too.
