There was no communication with the owner. All communication including payment schedule is with a local agent.VRBO send multiple redundant emails with incorrect information since there is no communication between the agent and VRBO The house was nice, clean, well equipped. Only issue was a noisy extractor fan in bathroom which could not be switched off. Slightly concerning that the agent has just taken an extra payment for the utilities and has not as yet refunded the 500 deposit
