Welcome to our fully equipped Villa "Seraine" in the city center of Saintes-Maries de la Mer. This independent house on a large fenced yard invites you to take advantage of the proximity of the village while remaining calm and not overlooked. Equipped with a heated swimming pool and a 3-minute walk from the beach, it is the ideal place for a seaside holiday. The wood stove makes the house very cozy in spring and autumn.

There is no other villa in the centre of Les Saintes Maries de la Mer that could offer what it does. It was perfect

Das Häusschen ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder (4J und 1.5J) und 1 Hund.
Dank des grossen Tors ist man fast mitten im Zentrum und doch für sich alleine. Gleich um die Ecke hat es eine super feine Bäckerei (inkl. Gemüse, Früchte, Wasser, Milchprodukte), lediglich 1 Minute weiter hat es eine grössere Einkaufsmöglichkeit (Intermarché).
Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet und man kann ohne weiteres auch mal zu Hause kochen.
In nur 2 Minuten Fussmarsch ist man am Meer. Mag man nicht ans Meer, ist der eigene Pool sehr schön. welcher man mit einem Putzroboter Sauberhalten kann.
Einzig kleiner Minuspunkt ist die Sauberkeit des Objektes bei der Ankunft und die Ameisen ums Haus und leider auch im Haus. Ansonsten wirklich TOP!!!

Je vous recommandé fortement cette super belle maison. Nous étions 4 adultes, 2 enfants (4 et 1.5 ans) et 1 chien.
Grâce à la grande porte, vous êtes presque au milieu du centre et pourtant seul pour vous. Juste au coin de la rue il y a une boulangerie super bonne (y compris légumes, fruits, eau, produits laitiers, etc...), seulement 1 minute plus loin il y a un plus grand magasin (Intermarché).
La maison est entièrement équipée et vous pouvez aussi facilement cuisiner quelque-chose.
En seulement 2 minutes à pied, vous êtes à la mer. Si vous n’avez pas envie d'aller à la mer, votre propre piscine est très belle. qu’on peut nettoyer soi-même avec un robot de nettoyage.
Le seul petit point faible est la propreté de l’objet à l’arrivée et les fourmis autour de la maison et malheureusement aussi dans la maison. Sinon, vraiment TOP!!!

Close to town centre and beaches. Although in village centre there is lots of privacy. Pools is very nice, house is very nicely decorated. Not missing the airco at all as all windows have mosquito protection, this give a nice flow of air during the night. Can recommend!

La casa è sicuramente molto bella ed il nostro soggiorno è stato gradevole. Mi permetto di segnalare una piccola imperfezione: ho notato nei pensili e nel ripiano della cucina, nonchè nel vano doccia al piano superiore la presenza di formiche.
