Overall I would rate our experience a solid 4 to 4.5. I can’t rate it any higher due to there were no window coverings for the entire home. I don’t mind the living areas but definitely would prefer coverings in the bedrooms and bathrooms. Also the A/C needs improvement and better access to the lake from the house. Overall lovely place very quiet and spacious and will definitely consider staying there in the future.

Beautiful house. Great view of the lake & cliffs. Only wish there were blinds on the windows especially in the master bath. Make sure to follow property line down to the white line., owner of the property on left will call property manager if you walk on their property . Property manager very professional & great communication.

The home is new and great. we had a few issues. We arrived after a 12 drive/day and the code didnt work and we couldnt get in for some time. access was a problem. The wifi doesnt work. we complained several times but it never got working. Most important, it is a new property and has NO window coverings. At 5:30 AM it is very light in the entire house. Getting out of the shower, the neighbors can look in. Some blinds are needed badly.
Having said that, it was a nice stay and home.

-Goose poop everywhere, couldn’t walk without stepping in it. Very Unsanitary.
-Fire pit is trashed
-Wood sitting around with nails sticking out
-Nails all over the ground
-No path to the water, completely over grown
-Nasty red stains and spots on beds
-Wasps EVERYWHERE- at least 4 hives. Couldn’t get out any door without getting attacked. 2 kids got stung 6-7 times.
-multiple Door locks didn’t work
-WiFi didn’t work
- TVs did not work because of WiFi not working
-No chairs for fire pit
- huge crack in window
- old Fireworks and beer cans everywhere outside
- poop on back of toilet seat when we got there
-play ground COMPLETELY over grown with weeds and wasp nests in playhouse. Kids couldn’t play at all. 2 kids Got stung 2x trying to play in it.
