Appartement très bien situé. Tout près du métro/RER/Tram (quelques stations seulement du Centre de Paris).Vous pouvez acheter une passe ( différents forfaits ou par billets trajet unique)idéal pour visiter la ville. A proximité des épiceries, restaurants et boulangerie. Beau secteur agréable à découvrir en marchant. Immeuble très sécuritaire.Très bonne communication avec les propriétaires.Nous avons été bien accueillis par Dalia à notre arrivée.Environ 35 minutes de l’aéroport CDG par taxi ( 53 euros) ou accessible en transport en commun. Appartement convenable mais pas luxueux.Petit balcon.

Die Wohnung ist hell (6. Stockwerk, Aufzug), modern eingerichtet und großzügig mit eigenem Wohn/Essraum, zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern. In 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß an der Metro. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es reichlich Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Schön wäre es, wenn es in der Küche noch eine Kanne für Kaffee/Tee gäbe!

El apartamento es amplio y cuenta con muy buena ubicación, las paradas del bus y metro se encuentran relativamente cerca. El equipamiento es muy bueno.
El edredón de la cama de la habitación principal estaba sucio y manchado. La puerta de entrada al estacionamiento del sótano no funcionó un día. Al pedir ayuda a los encargados del apartamento me dijeron inicialmente que buscara un estacionamiento fuera del edificio. Luego de insistir, llamaron a los encargados y la puerta fue reparada al día siguiente. Al consultar con los vecinos que también querían ingresar, mencionaron que el problema es recurrente. Los encargados del apartamento me explicaron, que la situación tendría que ser resuelta por la administración del edificio, ya que ellos no tenía influencia sobre esto.

La ubicación, muy cerca del metro Porte de clichy.
Cuando llegamos, a pesar de haber avisado, todavía el apartamento no estaba limpio. Por un problema en el edificio sólo teníamos agua caliente en un baño, ni en cocina ni en ninguno de los otros baños, siendo cuatro personas.
