Good breakfast. A decent range of options and a nice dining room environment.
The elevator was broken which made moving the luggage difficult with a baby.

Great staff, loved the unlimited coffee and free breakfast. The blazing hot water was also so refreshing and nice!
The elevator was not working and we had to go up and down six floors of stairs to the 6th floor, not the most pleasant. Also the rooms were fairly cold due to the limit on what they could set temperatures on.

The staff and the value for the price you pay!
The elevator stopped working on the last day I was there and I was on the 6th floor so I had to used the stairs for the last day. I did bring it to the staff attention and at the end of the day they offered for me to change to a room in the first floor but it would have been more work for me to gather my stuff and move to another room and unpack and pack again since it was my last day!
