Loved everything about our stay at room2. We stayed in a family room and it was spacious, clean and quiet. The deco was lovely, the beds and pillows exactly right and the showergel/shampoo smelled lovely. Great added bonus of a kichen and normal size fridge with spacious eating area and table. Breakfast was good also but if you wanted to save some pennies, supermarkets are not far to stack up the fridge. We also had dinner once and we all enjoyed our burgers. Really central location, 3 mins to town hall and shops. Also close to central station.

Staff were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond with helpful recommendations — a special thanks to Leah for making our stay even more enjoyable. The location was ideal, with everything conveniently within easy reach. Our room was a perfect size, and we were delighted to receive a complimentary upgrade, which made the experience even better.
Can not fault this hotel at all!

On one occasion, housekeeping left our door ajar while we were out. When we complained, they acknowledged this but the very next day, we returned from our day out to see that housekeeping had left cleaning equipment and products left in the room.
