The apartment was immaculate, good quality furnishings.
The entrance to the property is apauling. Photographs attached. The lift does not work and hasn't for years.. No lights on the staircase, dirty. This area has not been decorated for well over a decade. Indeed without lights it is unsafe.
I had not received details on how to access the apartment 2 hours before I was due to arrive. After many phone calls and messages, I managed to get through and resolved this, not impressed.

The building is quite old, and the entrance doesn’t really reflect the apartment itself. During my stay, there was some maintenance work in one of the units, which unfortunately left the stairs dirty. Also, there is no elevator and the stairwell has no lighting, which made it a little uncomfortable to enter at night

The apartment is fully renovated with full of amenities and very stylish decorated.
First it is really difficult to locate the place. Directions were horrible. It took me 30 minutes to find the place.
Secondly the ground parking area and the entrance to the building leading to the 2nd floor is discusting as is very filthy and no lights on the stairway and no elevator. The common maintenance of the building is absolutely bad.
Thirdtly when I found the door to the pre-entrance to the apartment there were no keys in it as the other tenant took them. I had to wait until nobody came but I manage to get a response after banging hard on the door and the other tenants responded.
Finally Inside the bathroom there are no hangers to the towels and also inside the bedroom closet there are no knobs on the drawers.
Finally there were no instructions of no parking space although the parking area of the building had several empty spots and I had to park on the street 50m away as one of the residents started yelling at me because ai dared to park inside the parking area of the building.
