Everything was exceptional! We want to express our deepest gratitude for the incredible hospitality and kindness we received. The level of luxury and quality throughout the hotel is outstanding. The services were top-notch, and the cleanliness was impeccable. We were truly impressed by the team’s initiative to always provide the best experience with a genuine smile. You were all amazing, and we will definitely return and recommend Xon Hotel to everyone looking for a perfect stay.
Honestly, there was nothing to dislike. We found absolutely no faults or shortcomings. Everything was handled with the highest level of sophistication and class.

wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt und möchten uns ganz herzlich beim gesamten Team bedanken. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Mitarbeiterinnen Leyla und Cansu, die unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht haben.
Die beiden haben sich mit so viel Engagement und Herzlichkeit um uns gekümmert, dass wir uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen und rundum wohlgefühlt haben. Sie waren stets ansprechbar, extrem hilfsbereit und hatten immer ein freundliches Wort für uns übrig. Ob es um eine Empfehlung für ein Restaurant, eine Frage zur Umgebung oder einfach nur um ein nettes Gespräch ging – Leyla und Cansu waren zur Stelle und haben uns mit ihrer aufmerksamen Art begeistert.
Dank ihrer Unterstützung war unser Urlaub perfekt organisiert und entspannt. So eine persönliche und herzliche Betreuung findet man wirklich selten.
Aber auch abgesehen von diesem herausragenden Service hat uns das Hotel sehr gefallen.
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können dieses Hotel jedem wärmstens empfehlen, der Wert auf exzellenten Service und eine familiäre Atmosphäre legt.

We really appreciated the staff being so friendly and welcoming, they really went out of there eay to make us feel special. The selection of food every morning was fabulous. There was a really cute dog and cat that visited the hotel frequently which was lovely.
The boiler was broken therefore we had to have a cold shower and then move to another hotel. The location meant we had to get a taxi to go to the main city which was around 5-10€
