Teilweise gab es kein warmes Wasser zum duschen und Bettwäsche war nicht frisch bzw. wir mussten danach fragen und darauf warten.

The room was spacious and comfortable, offering a wonderful view, and the staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming.
The water was only lukewarm rather than properly hot, and the room was not cleaned at all during the entire week of our stay.

Great location. Great potential
The staff realyly let the facility down. Everything was effort. No accommodation for our request. We visited in off season but they should not open. Didn’t open when we arrived. Breakfast was only 9h00 but then he wasnonly going to the market at 9h00 so breakfast was only going to be ready by 10h00. Our bedroom duvets didnt have covers, even if we asked and then he brought single duvet cover that we could only use for a sheet. This was the same in 2 rooms we booked.
