La qualité de la literie. L’espace de vie spacieux pour un studio. La place pour garer son véhicule. Le silence de l’environnement. La douche avec la possibilité de mettre la music en Bluetooth et le changement de lumière. C’etait la bonne surprise ! La proximité des commerces et restaurants.Nous n’avons pas testé la climatisation car il ne faisait pas trop chaud.
Le salon de jardin extérieur pas nettoyé. Le vis à vis avec la maison dans la même propriété. Les toiles d’araignées présentes un peu partout. Un manque de ménage et de nettoyage des appareils ménagers et sèche vaisselle. Le barbecue inutilisable en état.

La situation, en plein centre ville. Le confort, la chaleur, la décoration, le calme, le parking.
Quelques assiettes supplémentaires, notamment des petites, auraient été appréciées. Quelques patères en plus auraient été les bienvenues.
