Le perchoir du stade by UTA HOUSE

We liked the generous size of the apartment, the shower in the main bathroom was fantastic. We didn't use the ensuite shower so can't comment but the ensuite looked nice with french tiles (we only brushed our teeth there). The kitchen had the basics and coffee machine was nice. We started the day with breakfast in the apartment but ate further out. Checking in was smooth and the.person on site was very helpful. Tha appartment is a small walk from the blue B line Metro which takes you easily into the city or the airport.

The pillows were a bit hard for all (2 adults and 1 child) our liking but the beds and bedding were comfortable. The only thing that would have been nice to know is where you could park close to the apartment. We parked at one park at the Ibis hotel which worked but was a bit of a walk We parked there for 34 euro's for 3 days which we thought was good value.

Grand appart bien placé, traversant, lumineux, avec petite terrasse, petit balcon, au calme, donnant sur un petit parc.

Mais il mériterait un gros coup de rafraichissement. Peinture aux murs sales, menuiseries très vieillotes, volets roulants cassés dans la chambre, store occultant trop fragile pour être manipulé, toilettes avec ampoules HS, sol collant dans la cuisine., portes de placards à refixer...
