A wonderful and very cozy hotel. The room was clean and well-equipped: there was a fridge, kettle, coffee machine, and a hairdryer. The bathroom had modern and good-quality plumbing.
The location is very convenient, with a tram stop and a metro station nearby, making it easy to get around the city.
We were very happy with our stay and would gladly come back again!

The staff (present only during the day) were very nice, and allowed us to come in and leave our luggage before check-in time. Coffee, tea, mineral water and a small cake and cookies in the room. Location - near Lambrate train and metro station; right by a tram station (No. 19 into the center of Milano), but this means some noise until midnight or so. Several restaurants near by. Nice little balcony.
For me the mattress was too soft. The wifi was weak at times. Thin walls, some noise from other guests opening and closing the doors. Some noise from outside (the noisy Milano trams).
Not a problem if your stay is sort, but there is no closet, only 4-5 hangers.
