About this house rental
Direct lakefront, three bedrooms, two baths on an all sports lake. Lake Wawasee is the biggest lake in the state of Indiana. There are three boat dock spaces on the pier. The pier is great for fishing and has a ladder for those that want to swim off of the pier. Lake house comes with an all equipped gas grill and fire pit. Lots of parking with eight spots total. Three restaurants located on the water. Restaurants along with movie theaters, grocery stores, and ice cream shops all located within 10 minutes of the home. Boat landing located one minute away from the house so it’s easy access to put in and pull out boats, JetSki’s, etc.

Host communicated clearly and consistently from time of booking and even after exit. Coming as the season was ending, the Host let us know the boat would need to be brought in, but was able to delay the dock being taken out until we arrived and had an opportunity to walk out and see the lake- bonus kindness! Versatility, Cleanliness, supplies, space, layout, amenities on arrival were exactly what we were looking for in our rest vacation. The Host was available for questions, checked in to see if we needed anything and spoke very highly of the neighborhood and desire to be an excellent Host. With one negative situation out of the control of the Host and nothing to do with us as guests, the Host met the situation and stopped it before it became a challenge, resolved it - the proactive assurances added to the already anticipated re-booking for future visits. Thank you for your professionalism, thoroughness, proactive communication and for ensuring the rest that was needed could be achieved and beautiful memories can be shared. Highly recommend this Host based on this experience and this location as it is beautiful.

We love this lake house! It is the perfect getaway and location on beautiful Lake Wawasee! The owners thought of everything to make this a seamless vacation from the beautiful home to the wonderful kitchen and updated bathrooms to the perfect pontoon boat ready to go right out to the lake! It is a gem and we want to come back as soon as we can! Thank you!

Very nice property on Lake Wawasee. I would give it 5 stars but for the dock which is sorely in need of reinstallation. The second bedroom is quite small and, in my opinion the bed reeds repositioning.
