On the Rocks Sylvan Lake House is a stunning 3,300-square-foot lakefront home, perfect for multiple families. Situated on Sylvan Lake, a sprawling 660-acre all-sports lake, it offers endless opportunities for fun and relaxation. The house features a spectacular lakefront covered porch and a large patio with stone steps leading into the sandy waterfront, where you'll find your very own swimming area complete with paddleboards, kayaks, and a swimming platform. There’s also room to dock a boat, making it convenient for boating enthusiasts.
Inside, the spacious home includes three bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. The main level boasts a master suite with a walk-in shower and a large tub, a spacious kitchen with top-notch appliances, and two living rooms. The great room and dining room have vaulted ceilings with transom windows, offering breathtaking views of the lake. The open kitchen, great room, and dining area also feature a fireplace for cozy evenings. The upper level includes two additional bedrooms and a loft that serves as a fourth sleeping area.

We had six adults and 5 kids and we were all very impressed with this vacation home. Everything was beautiful and was easy access for my one granddaughter in a wheelchair. She had a ton of room to be able to get around. So many awesome amenities with this property there was something for everyone. We will definitely be back again.

Beautiful home situated just a handful of steps from the lake. Ample space to gather or spread out into your own peaceful areas with multiple spaces for entertainment or relaxation. The water toys provided were put to great use in both the swim area and with our boat. The dock space was simple to access with the boat launch just a few minutes drive away and even less via water. Being situated at the end of the road the neighborhood was quiet, safe, and came with very friendly neighbors, the perfect environment for our small children. Although the stay was mostly seemless and we didnt need to contact the owner, leading up to our visit they were very responsive and detailed with information on the home. Only downside was the loft space 'bedroom' which was too public for our liking, but we were able to utilize the 2nd living room instead for added space and privacy for the 4th family we had staying at the property. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay and made many lasting memories.
