About this house rental

Gîte on 3 levels, in the owners' chalet (independent entrance). Stairs to access the entrance: on the 1st floor: living room, kitchen-dining room (access by a few steps from the living room) with direct access to the terrace and the garden, storeroom, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160x200 cm / 1 double bed 160x200 cm), wc. On the 2nd floor from the dining room, mezzanine (height less than 1m80 - 2 double beds 160x200 cm). On the ground floor, 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160x200 cm) with its private bathroom (shower and wc), bathroom (whirlpool bath and shower), wc, laundry room. Private parking a few meters from the house, all included, optional end-of-stay cleaning. Boot dryer, bike and ski storage. In this large chalet adjoining the owners' house, enjoy excellent comfort, the peace and quiet of this hamlet surrounded by meadows and forests, and the expert advice of the owners, experts in the area. Whether you're exploring the roads of Maurienne by bike, skiing in the 3 Valleys, Aussois, or Valfréjus, or exploring the Vanoise National Park, Chalet de Nini is an ideal base camp. Nini's Chalet, a place full of character, furnished and decorated with pieces retracing the owners' many travels. Eric and Nicole, mountain guides, ski instructors, and heliskiing guides, will tell you the story of the valley and their expeditions beyond its borders.
