Serviço ótimo e quarto razoável. Café da manhã satisfatório, mas muito caro para o que oferece.
Localização ruim para quem pretende conhecer Colônia: como a cidade exige um selo especial para circular de automóvel, não pudemos nos dirigir de carro para o centro histórico. Como o serviço de trens estava em greve, foi necessário deslocamento de uber, o que encareceu extremamente nossa estadia neste hotel.
