Very clean, very quiet location, it was very warm, helped with a small issue quickly, good instructions for checking in, good facilities however a washing machine would be very handy for longer stays.

The location is good and convenient. The apartment overall was suitable for a short family stay. We were traveling with two small children (ages 3 and 5), and it covered the basic needs. The host was responsive when available, and the overall price-to-quality ratio is reasonable.
The check-in process was not smooth. Our arrival time had been communicated several days in advance, yet we did not receive instructions on how to access the property beforehand. We had to wait and escalate through Booking, which was stressful with small children.
The apartment is on the ground floor, so noise depends on how many people are entering and leaving the building, which can be noticeable.
The kitchen was poorly equipped. Although the main appliances were available, basic items like coffee, sugar, paper towels, and napkins were missing.
Cleanliness was average.
The biggest issue was the bedding. Both beds were very uncomfortable, with worn-out mattresses and broken springs. One mattress was partially unusable. This significantly affected our comfort.
