Everything from start to finish was beautiful, the host was polite, and we checked in around 9 PM despite check in being until 8 PM. The place is really beautiful, it doesn't look like a rent apartment it really looks and feels like home, it has absolutely everything that you need utensils, dishes, earpicks, free coffee, tea, stove, oven, even Netflix, absolutely fully equipped. Plus it has a good floor heating so it's warm inside. The size of the apartment is also really good, more than enough space. But the absolutely best thing is the terrace, it's huge and beautiful, I can only imagine how good it is when it's warmer to spend your time there, luckily it was warm enough for us to spend some time there and have a beer/wine... If I ever come back to Szeged I will book this place again for sure!
We really loved this place and it's absolute 10, the only advice is to add 1-2 additional smaller towels as there was only one really small for two of us.

Good location, free parking in front of the building. Very clean and new. Hostess very kind and pleasant. We sincerely recommend this accommodation to everyone

The apartment is very close to the city center, everything interesting is in a walking distance. It's beautifully furnished, clean and tidy
The host took pictures of our documents which is not legal. I understand the necessity to write down some data in order to register the guests, but taking photos is an abuse. The shower cabin missed a door, so a lot of water splashes unfortunately could go out of it. There is no electric outlet close to the bathroom sink - not possible to turn on a electric razor or a toothbrush. The royal bed was a bit hard for my taste. The building has a private parking, but the owner is not offering it, I had to park on the street, which was fortunately free. However the morning that I left, I found the whole car covered with tons of bird poop - I spent 20min to clean the front window from it
