For nature lovers, quiet, 100m2 villa located on the heights of Belgentier with very large terrace and breathtaking view of the village on a plot of 1200m2 planted with olive trees, not overlooked, you can enjoy the song of the cicadas.

The swimming pool provided in this rental is that of the owners, it is located approximately 30m just behind the rental villa, and it is available to you ONLY 3 days per week from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. from Monday to Saturday.

Very well located 3 minutes from the village center for small shops and only 30 minutes from the beaches of Hyères, the islands of Porquerolles, Giens and Toulon, 1 hour from St Tropez or the Cassis coves.
A few steps from the property you can also go hiking along the various paths.
This rental is perfect for a family of 4 or 5 people.
The villa has reversible air conditioning in all rooms.
Not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

- ground floor: a bedroom open to the living room opening onto a large terrace, a sofa, a TV, a large equipped kitchen, a WC and a laundry room with washing machine.
- Upstairs
- bedroom 1: 9m2 with 90x190 cm bed with cupboard and small desk.
- bedroom 2: 10m2 with two beds

- a bathroom with Italian shower.
- Outside, large terrace with deckchair, garden furniture, and dining table with corner with barbecue and gas plancha.
- Spacious closed parking that can be used for bowling games.
- Possibility of table tennis with racket loan.

We were received by Martine (the owner) who is very friendly and helpful. A delicious gift was waiting for us! The location of the house is perfect, the terrace has a great view and we enjoyed sitting there having breakfast, dinner and having drinks. The kitchen has everything you need, the house is great. We had a lovely time at the beautiful swimming pool.
We had a great time and would love to come back!

Very kind owner, quick response in case of questions. Open for feedback and immediately willing to solve inconveniences. Only point of attention is the description by VBRO: “private swimming pool”, it is to be shared with the owner.
