Nice and spacious, clean,nice large hot shower,comfortable bed,nice clean white bedding and towels.excellent value for money,easy check in and check out before 11 o'clock,bonus as most places are 10 oclock.any negative comments are just my honest opinion to help the owner keep up the good work 👏 we would definitely book again
Sofa was too small and not comfortable to sit on,the room is big enough for a 2/3 seater.over all clean but the carpets on the stairs are getting quite dirty and need a good clean.loose the rug in the living room it doesn't look good.

Good facilities for a compact space - especially the self catering side of things, nice hot shower, very clean, great location very close to the south pier (5 mins walk)
Was cold in the evening - asked for the electric heater it said should have been in the bedroom (but wasn’t), was told it would be dropped off the next day with the thermostat and this was never received. Sofas weren’t the most comfortable unfortunately.
